1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website operated by Casa Amigoz ("Casa Amigoz", "we", "us", "our") and your participation in any event, party, or gathering ("Event") organized, promoted, or hosted by Casa Amigoz. By accessing our website, following a link from our website, or attending an Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or attend our Events.

Casa Amigoz is an event organizer. We do not operate our own venue ("club"); Events take place at third-party venues that we book or partner with for each specific Event.

2. Ticket Sales

2.1 Tickets for our Events are not sold directly on the Casa Amigoz website. Our website may contain links ("hyperlinks") directing you to third-party ticketing platforms where tickets can be purchased.

2.2 Any purchase of a ticket is a transaction between you and the relevant third-party ticketing provider. That provider's own terms and conditions, privacy policy, refund policy, and payment terms apply to the purchase, and Casa Amigoz is not a party to that contract of sale.

2.3 Casa Amigoz is not responsible for the availability, functioning, security, or content of any third-party ticketing website, nor for any errors, delays, or issues arising from payment processing on such platforms.

2.4 Questions regarding ticket purchases, payment, refunds, or invoices for a ticket should be directed to the relevant ticketing provider in the first instance. We are happy to assist in redirecting inquiries where possible, but final decisions on refunds or cancellations of a ticket purchase rest with the ticketing provider unless otherwise stated by us in connection with an Event cancellation under Section 4.

2.5 A valid ticket, purchased through the designated third-party platform, is generally required for entry to an Event, unless Casa Amigoz communicates otherwise (e.g., guest list, free entry).

3. Admission and House Rules

3.1 Admission to an Event may be subject to a minimum age requirement, dress code, capacity limits, and the house rules of the specific venue hosting the Event. These conditions will be communicated ahead of or at the Event where applicable.

3.2 Casa Amigoz and/or the venue reserve the right to refuse entry or to remove any person from an Event without refund, in particular in cases of:

  • intoxication or behavior posing a risk to other guests, staff, or property;
  • failure to present a valid ticket or required identification;
  • violation of venue house rules or applicable law;
  • suspected fraudulent tickets.

3.3 Guests attend Events at their own risk. Casa Amigoz recommends guests act responsibly and comply with all instructions given by venue staff and security personnel.

4. Event Changes, Postponement, and Cancellation

4.1 Casa Amigoz reserves the right to change the date, time, venue, line-up, or program of an Event, or to cancel an Event, in particular for reasons beyond our control (e.g., force majeure, official orders, venue unavailability, insufficient ticket sales, safety concerns).

4.2 In the event of a cancellation attributable to Casa Amigoz, refund of the ticket price will generally be handled through the third-party ticketing platform used for the purchase, in accordance with that platform's applicable process. Casa Amigoz will provide reasonable information to affected guests on how to proceed.

4.3 Casa Amigoz is not liable for any additional costs incurred by guests in connection with an Event (e.g., travel, accommodation, or other arrangements) as a result of a change, postponement, or cancellation.

5. Liability

5.1 Casa Amigoz uses reasonable care in organizing Events but does not guarantee the availability, quality, or occurrence of any specific line-up, performer, or program element.

5.2 To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Casa Amigoz's liability for damages of any kind – whether arising from the use of the website, participation in an Event, or reliance on information provided by us – is limited to cases of intent (Vorsatz/dol) and gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit/faute grave). Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent legally permissible.

5.3 Casa Amigoz assumes no liability for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites linked from our website, including ticketing platforms.

5.4 Casa Amigoz is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during an Event, nor for personal injury, except where such injury results from our intent or gross negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Casa Amigoz website – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and design – is the property of Casa Amigoz or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Reproduction, distribution, or other use without prior written consent is not permitted, except as required for private, non-commercial use.

7. Data Protection

Casa Amigoz processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, other relevant data protection legislation. For details on how we collect, use, and protect personal data, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy. Note that if you purchase a ticket via a third-party platform, that platform processes your data under its own privacy policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

Casa Amigoz may amend these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your use of the website or attendance at an Event shall apply.

9. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic intent of the original.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

10.2 The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be Zürich, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
